During the unprecedented challenges posed by the global pandemic, our team demonstrated exceptional resilience and adaptability in executing the project in collaboration with PCN (Primary Care Network) to deliver Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) training. This innovative initiative was meticulously designed to bolster mental health support for a substantial cohort of 148 Primary Care Network clients, who were navigating a myriad of stressors and uncertainties during this trying period.
Successfully delivering mindfulness-based employment support to a targeted group of 50 clients affiliated with CCIS (Calgary Catholic Immigration Society) who face physical and/or mental disabilities
Undertaking the endeavor to provide comprehensive mindfulness training to the dedicated staff members of the Calgary Immigration Women's Association (CIWA) is a profound step toward amplifying the organization's capacity to serve and support a broader spectrum of individuals in need.
