Be Mindful, Be Ready (BMBR)

“Be Mindful, Be Ready (BMBR)” program is a customized training with Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) .

The course will be divided into two stages, each stage included four half-day(3hr)sections.

  • 1-3. Acceptance
  • 1-4.  Be Present and Emotion Regulation

  • 2-1. Body Scan Meditation Instruction  
  • 2-2. Breathing Meditation Instruction
  • 2-3. Identity Emotions Instruction
  • 2-4. Acceptance Instruction and Review
